Shipping Policy

  • All products are shipped through Third party courier service, both domestic and international couriers. 

  • All domestic orders placed are expected to deliver in 5 to 10 days approximately, depending on the distance.

 

Please note, unforeseeable delays with the courier may occur due to weather, traffic, etc.

 

  • For urgent orders, you may inform beforehand through WhatsApp (+91-9324685401) mentioning the expected delivery date. If urgent courier service is used, shipping charges may change accordingly.

  • Enjoy free shipping across India on all orders valued at over ₹299! For orders below ₹299, a shipping charge of ₹55 will apply.

  • Shipping charges for international orders may vary based on the destination.

  • International orders are taken via Instagram DMs or WhatsApp (+91-9324685401) due to the uncertainty in shipping charges. 

  • Please note, deliveries outside of India may be subject to additional service fees depending on the total weight of the package as well as the country order being shipped to.

  • Ensure you provide accurate delivery address, specifically PINCODE and contact number. In case of a delivery returned back to us as a result of incorrect or insufficient address, you are required to pay for the shipping charges again.

  • As our team works hard to get your order dispatched at the earliest, ensure a careful review of the details of your order including the address. ELIXI cannot make any changes in the order details once you click submit.

Cancellation, Return & Exchange Policy

​​Once order is accepted, it cant be cancelled.

To qualify and be accepted for a return or exchange, an unboxing video is mandatory to claim any damage to the products purchased. Without providing a full video proof (from opening the seal of the package till the end without any edits, cuts, or filters), the return request shall be declined immediately. Any product damaging at your hands cannot be accepted for refund. If approved for return, ensure the product is in its original condition and accompanied by all original packaging, including the jewelry boxes. Once your product for return is received at origin, allow 2 business days for the refunds to be credited back to your bank used for purchase.
